Regular Stretching is so good for you – here is one of my favourites!

If you spend a lot of time at a computer, behind the steering wheel, cooking, washing, basically doing anything with your arms, then this is the stretch for you!

It helps to relieve the tightness in the front of the shoulders (the pec major muscles on the chest) & helps to improve chronic postural issues – like “Upper Crossed Syndrome” & “Forward Head Posture” – which can be major contributors to headaches & neck pain.

I like to hold each of the 3 positions for exactly 30 seconds, so the set will take 90 seconds total. And I repeat it each time I make a cup of tea – while waiting for the kettle to boil.

Try it out – you’re going to love it! Just remember that a good stretch will feel slightly uncomfortable but never painful. If it hurts, you’ve pushed it too far and need to back off a little.

Happy stretching! 😃

Toxic Aluminium and Some Sources

“Extensive researches on every aspect of aluminum toxicity for the last 35 years proved that the metal should NOT be taken as safe. In spite of persistent arguments, it is well accepted that aluminum is a potent neurotoxicant.”
